"We are the BEST Microsoft Office 365 Partner in the World"
okay you are an IT person and a very smart one at that. Do the math.
A server refresh is what? Version up, support, version up end user computers, buy NEW 64bit Office 2010 for Windows 64bit machines.
Don't forget a redundant set up with failover or/and maybe on prem with off prem incremental back up bit by bit. Commonly known as fail over.
An experienced IT person knows the truth. Microsoft Data Centers, Microsoft Office, Browser based connectivity, on Prem is DOA! Prem = premise based. Telecommunications term. YES PBX is also DOA. Actually it is all DOA! But I digress.
