Payment Upate instructions

Immediate action required! Please read this notice carefully and completely.

The credit card we have on file has been declined. Please contact your credit card company for more information.

To avoid interruptions to your service, please update the information in your account. If your account information is not updated and your next payment fails because of an expired credit card, your service(s) will be canceled per the terms of your agreement.

To update your payment information:

  1. Sign in to the Microsoft Online Services Customer Portal with the following Windows Live ID: (liveID) 
  2. On the Subscriptions page, find Business Productivity Online Standard Suite , and then click More to confirm that your subscription ID is (your number)
  3. From the Actions list for your subscription, select Edit billing information and then click Go.
  4. On the Payment Information tab, make the required changes.
  5. Click Finish to save your changes.

Note: Changes to the payment information for this subscription will apply to all Microsoft Online Services charged to this credit card. If you have already addressed this issue, please disregard this notice.
